In this video, Dr. Aaron Horschig explains how to correctly perform a lateral banded joint mobilization for the hip joint. This mobility tool can be used to help relieve a pinch or blocking sensation pain in the front of the hip during the descent of a squat.

A lateral banded mobilization has been found in research to be one of the most effective and efficient tools to help improve hip mobility and limit the harmful affects of a joint impingement.
