In this episode, Dr. Aaron Horschig talks with elite powerlifter Ryan Baylark about how to fix a hip shift during the squat and whether or not you should use knee sleeves when squatting heavy.

Often athletes show a shift in their hips to one side or the other due to imbalances in strength or coordination. Using a single leg bridge test and glute medius strength test, we can hope to uncover and expose some of these weak links so we can fix them and restore quality movement in the squat.
